Thank you for your purchase. We regret to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with the item received and wish to return it.
For a straightforward process, we have made it possible for you to conveniently create your return label yourself using DHL's online franking service:
Please note:
- This link is exclusively for returns within Germany .
- Customers from abroad must arrange the return independently.
- In the event of a cancellation, the direct costs of the return are borne by the customer.
According to our cancellation policy, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receipt of the goods without stating any reasons. The prerequisite for this is that the returned items have only been worn for inspection – comparable to trying on an item in a retail store – and are in a resalable condition.
